Cookie Policy

Legal notice explaining cookies, local storage, third-party tools, and your privacy choices.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how iDvlpr Marketing uses cookies, local storage, pixels, embedded scripts, and similar technologies on this website. Some technologies are necessary for operation; others are enabled only with consent where required by law.

What These Technologies Do

These technologies can remember preferences, preserve consent choices, support security, measure performance, deliver forms, show reviews, and help us understand or improve the website. A cookie is a small file stored by a browser. Local storage is browser storage that is not technically a cookie but may serve a similar purpose.

Necessary Storage

We may use necessary local storage and similar technologies for theme preferences, privacy choices, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, and basic website operation. These technologies may operate without consent where allowed because the site or requested feature cannot function properly without them.

Consent-Based And Third-Party Tools

With consent where required, we may load Trustindex review widgets, Mailchimp form resources, analytics, advertising or marketing tools, AI-enabled features, and other third-party assets. Those providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser, device, page URL, referral information, interaction data, or conversational data where a feature is used. Third parties may set or read their own technologies under their own policies and terms.

AI-Enabled Features

If an AI-enabled feature is made available, we will provide appropriate notice about the interaction and the categories of information processed. Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, protected health information, privileged legal information, trade secrets, confidential client information, or sensitive personal data into an AI feature unless expressly instructed by a written agreement.

Forms And Email

Contact and intake forms may use Mailchimp or other form providers. Providers may use cookies, tokens, logging, rate limits, security checks, and anti-abuse technology to process submissions and protect the service. Email communications may include unsubscribe links and measurement technologies where permitted.

Your Choices

Where the consent banner is available, you may accept or reject non-essential tools and withdraw consent through the available preference controls. You can also clear browser storage, block cookies, use browser privacy controls, or disable third-party content. Blocking necessary storage may affect features. Your browser or device may offer additional controls, but those controls do not always signal consent in the same way across all services.

Do Not Track And Global Privacy Controls

Some browsers and devices send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. We will honor legally applicable opt-out signals in the contexts and jurisdictions where they are required, but third-party providers may interpret signals differently. We do not currently sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

For categories of personal information, purposes, vendors, rights, transfers, retention, and security, review the Privacy Policy and Data Requests page.
