This page explains how to submit privacy requests to iDvlpr Marketing. It supplements the Privacy Policy and is intended to address applicable GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other U.S. state privacy rights. Rights, response duties, exemptions, and thresholds vary by location and role.
Requestable Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, marketing opt-out, opt-out of sale or targeted advertising, limitation of certain sensitive-information uses, or appeal of a denied request.
How To Submit A Request
Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request" and describe the right you are exercising, the information or account involved, your jurisdiction, and a safe way to contact you. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, protected health information, privileged legal information, or unnecessary sensitive data in the request.
Verification And Authorized Agents
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized disclosure. We may deny or limit a request when identity cannot be verified, the request is abusive or duplicative, an exception applies, or the information is maintained by a client or third-party controller. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority and any verification required by law.
Response Timing And Appeals
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may extend a response period when permitted and will explain the reason. If we deny a request, we will explain the basis and any available appeal process. For an appeal, reply to our decision or email us with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line and identify the original request.
Client-Controlled Data
If your information was submitted to us by one of our clients or processed solely to provide a client’s service, that client may control the response. We may forward your request to the client or ask you to contact the client directly, subject to applicable law and our contractual duties.
Deletion Limits
Deletion may be denied or delayed when information must be retained for legal obligations, accounting, tax, security, fraud prevention, backups, dispute resolution, exercise or defense of legal claims, completion of a transaction, or another lawful exception. We may de-identify information instead of deleting it where allowed.
Marketing And Consent
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the available link or by emailing us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect prior processing and does not stop messages that are necessary for a transaction, security, legal notice, or requested service.
Non-Discrimination
We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights, except that applicable law may permit a different price, feature, or service level when reasonably related to the value of data or a requested service.
